"Ordered multiple items from home Depot. After looking in his truck for about 10 mins the driver came out 1 package short, even though it said out for delivery. Guessing it got on the wrong truck. The driver assured me whoever had it would deliver it, customer service said the same thing. An hour later tracking said "operational delay". Seriously? If I screwed something up and didn't fix it that day I wouldn't have a job! These idiots just go back to the station and punch. I won't be shopping with companies that use FedEx going forward!"

"These folks leave packages in the snow 1/4 mile from my home (delivery address), out small packages in my USPS mail box or lie saying delivery is delayed due to weather when there is NO weather. Terrible service and no way to talk to anyone about the issue."

"As usual with FedEx it is the worst company in the country and completely worthless time and time again it's truly astounding that they're still in business and we're all praying and hoping that they go out of business soon..... Have on video and in person the truck driver which is probably a third party monkey turning around in my driveway and then updating the system that it was a weather delay 2 days in a row absolutely worthless as usual from FedEx!"

"Poor communication drivers that don't read simple instruction. In no way to resolve delivery problems. Awful service. How do you not find a house that is numbered on a dead end street with 6 houses? Lazy incompetent driver."

"Anyone missing a rug that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx Ground? One of their drivers didn’t feel like delivering it and threw it on the front lawn of their warehouse. We went to retrieve packages of ours that were supposed to be delivered today. They were placed in “delivery exception” status this morning (after already being delayed previously) and when we went to pick them up we were denied even though they were at the facility. Upon driving up to the warehouse, the first thing we see is a rug, that was clearly meant to be delivered, just thrown on the lawn next to the entrance. Obviously, this gives us very little hope that our delivery will ever make it to us. The fact that even the employees within this warehouse are writing one star reviews about the mismanagement and mishandling of packages makes the situation even more startling. The level of incompetence from this “delivery” company is appalling! Every delivery is either late, arrives damaged or never gets delivered."
