"They mixed up my order with someone else’s. Then when I arrange delivery of hopefully the correct package. They don’t meet the times that they set then tried to charge me for a second delivery. When I tell them no It wasn’t my problem. They sent my package back to the manufacturer which I then got billed for. I hope that no one has to deal with this company"

"*Super positive experience: I had a genuinely precious package coming from Las Vegas to New Hampshire that I preordered 3 months prior. Fragile, heavy, this side up, all of that. Many other people who received their same exact packages in other parts of the country had horror stories and pictures of wrecked/ruined/refused packages (e-bikes). I had the opposite experience. BSP absolutely blew me away with their handling of my package. Box was near mint after a cross country trip. I called them twice for updates along the way and they had the exact perfect info for me in minutes. They even pre-scheduled a delivery for me before having the package in hand. It moved my delivery date up to be here in time for my birthday. If it didn’t play out this way, I wouldn’t have taken the time to write a transportation company a review on Google. Nancy (I believe) was my delivery driver - she rules! The folks I spoke to on the phone were also legends - thank you BSP."

"Worst experience ever!!! Don’t waste your time or money with these crooks, there’s a reason why they can’t get their own shipments and have to feed off of r&l and ups freight, because they suck! There trucks are absolutely junk, they drove 4 hours to my house 2 days in a row to make a delivery and the truck allegedly broke down 5 mins before it got to my house. I was paying workers to sit there and wait for the freight to arrive to move it in the house and these guys never showed up! Ended up being a total of 3 weeks late from their original delivery date they promised. Save your money and hire fedex. The NH DOT should roadside all of their trucks till they are brought up to their standards, it’s only a matter of time till someone is going to get hurt from their unsafe high mileage clapped out trucks"

"They tell me my deliver would be around 11 a.m to 3 p.m. So I arrange for someone to be there to sign for the item. 3 p.m rolls around I call again to see what the e.t.a is. I was informed it be 3 p.m. 5 PM. Now . Had someone there again to be ready to sign. 5 I call again they said driver will be there no later than 7p.m. Alright patiently wait until about 8 p.m. called again now I am advised must do it all over tomorrow. My product is from Pools 4 Less. I hope they take notice of how unprofessional BPS AIRFREIGHT IS."

"They called me and scheduled a delivery for a Thursday afternoon which I had to take off from work to be around to receive. I then receive a call near the end of their delivery window informing me that their truck driver had an abscessed tooth and the next time they can deliver the package is 4 days later on Monday, requiring me to leave work a second time. Now what was supposed to be a 3-day delivery is going to be 7+ days."
