Green Mountain Inn 18 Main Street, Stowe, VT 05672

"Lovely inn for a new years eve weekend, Stowe was a beautiful little town and woke up to snow our first day. Heated pool and jacuzzi outside if you are up to brave the air temperatures. Nice fitness room and the whip restaurant downstairs was very good. The breakfast place on site wasn't very good, definitely walk down to the black cap coffee for delicious treats and sandwiches"

"Overall a beautiful location. The room we had was in the Mansfield. Wonderful size room with fire place (gas) and huge jacuzzi type bathtub. Bed was cozy too. On the negative: impossible to get a hot shower and literally could use only the hot water tap to fill the tub. Water was only lukewarm. Not the greatest after a day walking around in the cold. Assuming the water was surely used by all the other residents- Nope! Same temperature in very early morning. Also on the negative- communication about work being done on floor above our room would have been greatly appreciated. Also, a note or call before our arrival that the pool and outdoor jacuzzi were not open during our stay - one of the reasons we chose this facility for my Birthday. I feel that communication about work going on and that some amenities unavailability was important information to share in advance. The Whip Restaurant service and food was very good."

"We adore it here. Go every year for our anniversary. The staff is the best, they are so accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and food is to die for. Everything here is honestly top notch especially for the price"

"I loved my stay at the Green Mountain Inn! To start with, there was plenty of parking in the lot off of the main street. The location is amazing with lots of shops and restaurants all along main street. Our room was spotless and felt extremely clean. I also loved the faux fireplace in the room as that made it extra cozy! The beds were also very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the social room with the fire place and playing games. One of the biggest highlights though was the service. We had amazing service from all employees, but I specifically want to mention Shannon. Shannon was so warm and welcoming to us and offered us suggestions on things to do, restaurants to visit, and overall just made our visit go from A+ to A++! I look forward to coming back to the Green Mountain Inn in the future!"
