"This resort is extremely dated, and unfortunately not clean. We staid at a 2 bedroom unit in the F buidling. The toilets in the bathroom had suspicious yellow stains (luckily I brought lysol wipes), and there was hair in the bathtub. In the kitchen all of the kitchen cabinets were covered in sticky grime. There were crumbs and dirt in the drawers. Carpets are stained. Heater closet is filled with mouse droppings (picture below)! Takes at least 5 minutes for the hot water to start running. Kitchen and bathroom faucets are coming off. I mean, I can go, the bottom line is that it was pretty obvious the unit we staid in was not cleaned after previous use, and that is just not acceptable. The only good thing about this place is it's proximity to the ski area and Stowe, but there are better accommodations for the similar price."
"We spoke and I also had the privilege of meeting the manager, Shawn. Great guy. Great personality. As a visitor from out of country visiting my wife who works here on work and travel, it is always a challenge finding accommodation we can afford. We were given special consideration and got a lovely room with kitchen, a great view, a living room and even a patio. I used the gym (it could use some more equipment) and the property is very scenic and good for morning or even walks (if it’s not freezing). I highly recommend this place for visitors and locals coming in. It’s also very close to what Stowe is famous for (skiing down those slopes)."
"Very nice older resort 1990 looking very clean, all units look to have steps, no personal on site for after 5pm check in get the info beforehand on what the codes are to make checking in easier. Easy access to Stowe town and the Sunday big farmers market. Easy short drive up mountain to ski lifts, also the main dining 2 minutes drive from the place, the perfect side of town."
"The place is nice at the end of the day. But there is a but. We have booked through Airbnb and the arrival experience was poor. The owners we not very helpful and the Sunday backup call were not either. In addition the place itself is old and feels old, both with respect to cleanines, meaning it is clean, but feels that so many people already used it. The mattress is too soft and it would not hurt to renovate the bathroom a bit. Note that there is a stairs climb to the room, not an issue for our family, but maybe challenging for some"
"I stayed here once ten years ago in a beautiful condo. This time it is bottom tier/college kid quality, not what i expect from a resort. The floor inside is on a slope like there is a ramp underneath the carpet. Wallpaper is peeling, small kitchenette sink drain is rusted, handle on stove is precariously attached, shower perimeter has wood chipping and what looks like some black discoloration possible mold, there is a closet in the bathroom that is full of spray foam and exposed piping. Toilet paper holder is just missing entirely, walls are filthy and have holes. I am extremely upset with the difference in room quality from what I remember this place used to be. It at least has running water, a bed, and a roof but for the bare minimum provided here it assuredly isn't worth the price."
