"I recently joined in on one of Yoga Grace’s "gentle online yoga classes” which took place on a Tuesday evening from 6 to 7. As you register for the class, you are emailed a link to join the Zoom meeting at the prompted time. Zoom is a very simple platform used for online meetings, making the process very easy and accessible to all individuals. My roommate and I set up our “yoga studio” with the materials we had in the apartment: yoga mats, books (or yoga blocks), and blankets. My roommate and I are very new to yoga so we were apprehensive but also super excited to start a new hobby! The yoga that Jen teaches is relaxing, simple to pick up on, and malleable to the home environment. Although I was not in a yoga studio, I was able to feel Jen’s presence and it was easy to follow along while in turn making small adjustments to my body’s needs and characteristics. Jen does a beautiful job of teaching through the online medium and once the class is done, she sends a recording of it so you can chose to do it again. I am excited to join the class next Tuesday! Overall, very impressed and happy with my new hobby thanks to Jen :)"
