"I was diagnosed with MS a few months back. It was a bad scene and I was in a bad way. Amanda came in and was obviously very competent. I have seen her multiple times since I was diagnosed and each time I like her more. Her personality may not be for everyone, but she impresses the hell out of me every time I see her. Her staff is extremely friendly and also good at their jobs. She may rub some people the wrong way, from what other reviews say, but I am impressed and am very happy to have her and her staff on my team."

"Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. Van Straten began going over notes from previous appointment. I corrected twice errors in notes. Then she asked me about my arm asked to detail the issues. So I began and she cuts me off "just current" well since it's a 2yr problem I felt the details ARE important. I found this both rude and very unprofessional and I told her so. Well guess what? Her notes are full of errors as well. First thing I said to both nurse and her was my hand is pins and needles and my neck is sore and stiff. Her notes say no pain or present issues? She never even felt my wrist or neck. She says oh you have arthritis in your neck. Um also stenosis, a disc bulge and loaded with osteophytes all things that could pinch a nerve. I'll drive to Dartmouth before ever going here again. Maybe if they would LISTEN there notes wouldn't be full of errors. Update- 5 minutes at pain and Spine in Dartmouth was plainly obvious to even my eyes a bulge and pinched nerve at c6c7 left side and possible pinch a c5c6 right. I should add Dartmouth used the same images from Van Staten. Again I will reiterate avoid this neurology department. Drive the distance to Dartmouth or Burlington. She is a joke."
