"The most incompetent and unprofessional health center I've ever been to. 3 months ago now I made an appointment to be seen they verbally told me the date it was a month later they wrote on my appointment card another date the same day but 2 months later. So I went in a month later, they told me oh no we don't have you in our system I checked my appointment card I noticed it had the same day but the following month written on it so I went back today. At which point they say they don't have me in their system that my appointment was originally on the day that I went in that I was sure I was supposed to have an appointment. So I wasn't seen and they rescheduled me for next week. So now I will have missed 6 7 hours of work all for appointments that never existed this will be my third time going in. If you can save yourself the trouble and find an appointment somewhere else I would be except for covid's got everybody so backed up I have to wait 3 months to be seen somewhere else. I hate to give them the satisfaction of my business after how poorly I was mistreated...."

"Doc (Patrick) was great, but it ends there. They rescheduled my appointment four times in two weeks, oblivious to the fact that its wastes my time/money. I didn't even know about the initial appointment change because it was sent via letter, as in "Hey, not gonna bother if this works for you or not, this is your new appointment." RX refills require leaving msg and call back, so if you live in rural VT, work outside, or have a job where you can't take phone calls, plan on several days to get someone on the phone... or just drive there."

"The worst place I ever experiences for healthcare services. You don't get a person at the phone when you call, voice-mails don't get returned, prescriptions not renewed. I am not complaining about the quality of the care-team but the administration is a mess and unacceptable for a health center! Coding errors lead to wrong invoices and you cannot talk to a competent person to fix it!"

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say! They are kind, patient and understanding. Logan and Jennifer are the two main people I see there and I could not be more blown away. They make me feel welcomed and heard. I highly recommend this health center to all I know who has not found a pcp that fits their needs."
