"Personally not impressed. After leaving Colorado with great pediatrics we landed here and they have a lot to improve on. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing but the Doctors are horrid, disrespectful to mothers and have absolutely no tact. The doctor has been rude and inserted her own personal opinions and choices onto my family and my son. From the day he was born she used shaming tactics to get us to not choose circumcision and from that moment on the experiences have gotten worse. I’ve given them plenty of grace but I’m finally moving my kids to a pediatrician who genuinely cares and is helpful in Newport ( well worth the drive for good family care) Definitely don’t visit here if you’re sick, they’ll give you a Covid test and that’s about all they know how to do: Doesn’t matter the results of said test bc they’ll just send you home anyways. Never ONCE have we actually gotten help for an illness when visiting the doctors here, in fact we had to come 3 times in a week with a sick child and got sent out the door every visit. Do your kids a huge favor and avoid avoid avoid."

"Alison Christie, MD is the embodiment of what a family physician should be. She is extremely knowledgeable, open to patient suggestions and concerns, and very funny. One time I came in for a scheduled appointment and had my finger wrapped, thinking I would go to the ER at Copley later (I had sliced the side of my finger off while chopping kindling). She took one look at it and said, "I can do that for you. I like to practice my stitches!" And she did a beautiful job, no scar. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and has seen me through some very tough times. Dr. Christie will call if tests come in over the weekend - amazing. I am so happy she is a new Mom and so we now share that experience, too. Everyone at the office, especially the excellent Cheryl Holton, NP, and all the office people, have treated me with respect and care. So glad this practice moved out of the depersonalized atmosphere up "on the hill.""
