"Do not take your kids here especially if they have any medical condition that's with them for life. They are unsympathetic to parents with sick kids. Save yourself the headache and drive a little further to a better pediatrics."
"Our kids are treated very well. I truly feel comfortable bringing them here."
"We were patients of Dr Balu after many recommendations. My son has autism. He got very ill over the course of months and we went in to see her several times. She made a comment that “he has the flu you should have given him the flu shot” (we get flu shots every year but when he had his flu shot appointment he was ill so we couldn’t get it) At our last appointment- after he had been ill for 3 months and looked emaciated- his ear drum ruptured AT THE APPOINTMENT- from several ear infection. She refused to give him an antibiotic in shot form (he would t take oral meds per his autism) she refused to give him antibiotics at all. I went over to Copley ER, they were in shock at his state. They gave him a large dose of penicillin and said that he should have been in the ER long before that. When I look at photos of how skinny he got and how sick he was- I am disgusted that I let this woman give me the run around and flu shot shame me. She convinced me he was fine and made me feel like I was overreaction when in reality I almost lost my child."
"I have not had a great experience with making appointments there. I believe the doctors are great. However, a call wait time of 15 to 20 minutes has been standard every time I've tried to to schedule an appointment.( I think they may be understaffed) . I have only been able to get my son to this office 1 time in two years. Its a shame and very tedious for busy parents who work and don't have time to call several times a day."
"My experience with Appleseed Pediatrics has been wonderful. Dr Balu has been taking care of my children since birth and we have seen a few other providers over the years as well. The nurses and staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have our children in their care."
