"I'd give them negative rating if I could. 5 days to get a script called in. Three tries to get order for MRI. Referral in 4 months for torn shoulder tendons while patient is in constant pain with no plan in place. This is what elderly care is there. Non existent, incompetent and verging on elderly abuse. Think it's mainly the "campus" staff not following thru. Don't recommend. Avoid if possible. We are looking for another office."

"I have been going here since I was a toddler. I am now 32. I always enjoyed my former primary. Recently retired so I had to go see Dr. Kodair. I have never felt more unheard in my life. I tried explaining that my back had been having severe issues for about a year. He was so dismissive my fiancé was also trying to explain symptoms simply because she could see my frustration. Dr Kodair was more concerned about me stopping my marijuana. And tried telling me that my pain was from withdrawals. All I wanted was a pain cream. I was told to use tylenol. Tylenol doesnt even take care of a head ache for me I did thankfully get a referral to a physical therapist. For that reason im giving it two stars not 1. I will never come here again."

"STOWE OFFICE When someone could potentially have a life threatening illness and it’s been over a week trying to get you to merely schedule needed diagnostic imaging appointments, it is unacceptable. Leaving clients to play phone tag all day every day for over a week, just waiting to get the care needed and then you leave them hanging on a 4 day weekend still with no progress, shows you actually do not care at all about your patients."

"This is the worst doctor's office I have ever encountered. I have been their patient for 7 +/- years. During that time I have had 5 different doctors. Today I called because I removed a deer tick that had been attached to me for 24 hours. The person on the phone said they only see people if the wound looks like a bulls-eye and is larger than a dime. When I told her it was more like the size of a nickel, she put me on hold. When she returned to the phone she told me the bulls-eye needed to be the size of my palm and I had to have actual symptoms of Lyme Disease before they would see me. They did not offer me a prophylactic anti-biotic of any kind. I just got off the phone with an urgent care facility in Burlington regarding the tick. They agreed to see me today. They said they would give me 200 mg of Doxycycline at the appointment as a preventative measure and prescribe a two week regimen if they felt it is needed. They told me the wait may be up to two hours to see a provider. So, instead of seeing my local doctor here in Morrisville I have to take 3-4 hours out of my day to go to urgent care in Burlington. Lamoille Health Partners are incompetent. I would highly recommend finding a different doctor's office!"
