"I came to this center for some shoulder PT after surgery and I have to say this center has provided by far the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Ria who is extremely well versed on the field and helps modify my exercises as needed to better fit my body’s capabilities. The staff is incredibly friendly. The hands on experience and continuous review of the “homework” exercises make it easier to identify if adjustments or corrections need to be made. Plus, they always make sure to adapt the exercises to fit the equipment you have or not available and even sometimes provide equipment if needed like resistance bands. I always leave feeling like a new restored person. And had such great success with my shoulder that I decided to continue my sessions to work on some knee pain I had been ignoring for years. Needles to say this is definitely a place I would highly recommend if someone needs physical therapy."

"I have been to a handful of PTs before, but Green Mountain was by far the best! Lauren at the front desk was always kind and helpful with scheduling. I tore my ACL skiing and Eric was empathetic and skilled throughout my recovery. Usually when I go to PT the therapist is working with me and 3-4 other people at the same time. At Green Mountain they give individualized care and it shows. I had a few set backs in my recovery at the beginning but since working with Eric, my surgeon and I have been really impressed with what I have been able to do. I would give more stars if I could!"
