"I've been wearing lash extensions for about 6 years. I travel for work for extended periods of time so I often have to find a lash studio away from home to have them done while I am away for work. I have had my lashes done at many, many studios all over the country. My lash fill at Mirror Mirror was the worst experience I have ever had, and the worst they have ever looked. I would never recommend this place. I wear volume lashes. The lash artist put extensions on that were shorter than my existing lashes, making my lashes look sparse and uneven, not anywhere close to what "volume" lashes should look like. She also did one eye at a time, claiming it was "more comfortable for the client" that way. For one, getting your lashes done is not an uncomfortable experience, you just lay there with your eyes closed, so its not like she's mitigating some level of discomfort by doing one eye at a time. My concern was, how can you assure they will be even if you finish one eye completely and then do the other eye? Well, my fears were realized, because as soon as I looked in the mirror I immediately noticed that the eye she did first was much less full than the other eye. Her response when I brought it to her attention was something along the lines of "well no one's eyes are perfectly symmetrical/even." But my thought was isn't that your job as a skilled artist to adapt and make sure they appear even regardless? Because i have never walked out of a lash studio with noticeably uneven eyelashes, with one eye much fuller than the other. The icing on the cake was that despite being on the higher end price-wise for what I am accustomed to paying for lash extensions, they didn't last. Within 1 week I already needed another fill. But in this case I was actually glad they fell off quickly because they just looked so bad. I would never go back here."
