"While the imax screen is literally the best in the entire us I gotta say 70mm didn’t really add much to the movie. I’m thinking it’s cause for me all the imax screens I live near by are all 70ft tall it’s already at a super high resolution, I’ve been hearing how amazing 70mm is for months but asides from the black specs on the screen I noticed no difference in resolution. Overall I was still very happy with the 100ft screen but not 70mm. I gave it a 4 star cause the imax seats are terrible."

"This theater has a lot of promise if it could be renovated! The old Hollywood feel is cool but the escalators were not working, the bathrooms were OLD and need updated. The service was fine. My favorite part was the display cases of movie memorabilia and outfits worn by the actors."

Imax and 70 millimeter sure helps as well. Story’s and escapes. Also a huge variety of stuff to drink and mix together."

"Seeing a movie in IMAX here is truly a wonderful experience. The theater IMAX is huge, two levels of seats with its own private restrooms and perfectly comfortable chairs that afford the perfect viewing angle. Anytime a big release comes out we scour the website for tickets here as it is truly a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to return!"

"As far as AMCs go, this is probably the best in NYC. Usually clean - not very crowded (unless you’re going opening weekend or to a big blockbuster). Bathrooms tend to be a 6/10 with cleanliness. And the line is always so awkward via a cramped hallway that isn’t dissimilar from a one-way street. Movie quality and sound are always good. Prices decent too. My biggest issue is the lack of clear marking of aisles and which letter/number the seats are. I’ve seen it regularly cause confusion with people sitting in the wrong seats. There has to be a better way to do it/mark seats if AMC as a corporation insists on selling specific seats."
