"Small intimate venue, general admission. Theater style seating in the back for those who come early enough and don't want to be close to the action, and large flat screens to ensure everyone can see. Coat check, bar, and large bathrooms (that are clean!). Will most definitely go back."

"Came here on the 2nd of November for Sabaton and Hammerfall. I was very confused how lining up worked because they had us entering through the theatre next door, but the issue was quickly resolved. The setup otherwise was quick and easy. The layout of the building was very convenient and easy to figure out, and I loved the hall itself. Wide with two open spaces, it felt roomy even though it was completely packed. I only give three stars just because metal concerts will no longer be held there. I would have loved to return there in the future, I can't see myself returning for anything else."

"I saw the dirty heads here and it was amazing, of course the music is going to sway me a little but in all honesty this is a beautiful venue and the bars are close to seating so it's not a pain to get drinks and the foot traffic getting in and out was tolerable no funneling or absurd crowds. I will definitely be revisiting this venue"

"PlayStation Theater is a great venue! I like that it's tiered so you can see the stage even if you're farther back in the crowd, and they also have TVs set up hanging from the ceiling so you can watch from the seats in the back as well. It was a perfect sized venue for the concert I went to. The drinks are a little pricey, but that's true anywhere you go to a show in my experience, so it didn't put me off the venue. They also sell fresh pizza by the outside bar. The restrooms were super clean as well."

"This is my favorite concert theater in all of NYC. Easy to get to by train. If you like standing and moshing, there's a section for you. If you like just standing, there's a section above/behind the moshing crowd. And if you like sitting down, there's seats in the back above the two other sections. If you need a break, there's tons of room to roam outside the concert area. Big hallways with places to relax, grab food/drink, or go to the bathroom."
