"To set the stage! My family and I have lived in over 28 different apartments! Yes, a little excessive, I know, but we love to move around, stretching from Kansas to NH to South Carolina, where we are now. We were never asked to write a review about this apartment complex or incentivize, I am writing this, just because it was such a great experience for our family. To start, when we moved from KS to NH, we had to do everything via phone and video, the property manager was SO helpful, even to the point she asked the current resident who was in our actual apartment if she could take a video and send it to us! HUGE help!, from all the paper work being explained and all expectations set, the move in process went flawless. While living there. This place was the quietest place we have ever lived, to the point I felt like we were the loudest with our two little girls, and we usually are the quietest, it was like no one ever lived there, but yet they were full. The only issue is when in the hallway you can hear everything in the apartments, but when in the apartments, you can’t hear anything. We had the 1 bedroom with a loft and we put our two little girls in the bedroom and the wife and I took the loft, worked perfect, space was a bit small with no walk in closets or storage but the apartments were well built and not cheap. The front big lawn was amazing to let our little ones run and play, if they put a playground in there that would be perfect! We never needed Maintiance, so we can’t comment there. Moving out! Again, another extremely easy seamless process. We gave our notice, the property manager gave us expectations, we followed and all was well. No trying to “nickel and dime” us for every scratch on the wall or piece of dirt on the floor. It was a “good luck and wish you the best! Some issues! Mail room seems like a mess, but you get use to it, and we never had a package stolen, like I said, the people living there were great. All in all, best place and experience with a property manager we have ever had out of our 28 apartments thus far, GREAT work Marilia!!"

"I never leave reviews but they’ve proven helpful in my apartment search so hopefully this will help someone. I really wanted to check this place out because the apartments look way nicer than most in the price range. I spent 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone here to schedule a visit to check it out and apply. The only people I could get a hold of would only take my info and tell me someone would call me within 24 hours. After multiple calls and multiple times submitting a request to speak to someone through the website, I finally gave up. Called another apartment just as nice for $250 less a month and immediately spoke to a person who answered all of my questions and set me up with an appointment. I can’t imagine the management staff is going to take care of your needs while living there if they’re not even willing to do their jobs to get you in the door in the first place. I’d recommend searching elsewhere for an apartment with staff that actually does their jobs. Update: I did end up being contacted. Took too long but I’ll admit the women I spoke too was really helpful and gave me everything I was looking for. For how nice the apartments are I may give it a second chance. Turns out the people taking my info and doing nothing with it don’t actually work onsite or even in this part of the country so I can’t say who’s to blame there. Taking so long to get back to me still isn’t cool but I can look past it giving them the benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t on their end."

"Me and my husband were just there to view the place as this was one of our leasing option when we moved to NH. The lady at the leasing center was very unprofessional in the way she treated us. Did not receive even a single 'hello' when we walked in. She made us sit directly and just threw the plans and other paperwork very carelessly on the table in front of us. Then we were led by her to see the place. All along the tour she did not say a word to explain the features of the apartment. She just let us see the place all by ourselves and was very hesitant or unresponsive for most of our questions. She was just willing to show one of their two floor plans that were available. When we asked for the viewing of the second floor plan, she very rudely snapped at us saying that she would not walk there as it was far and that we need to drive. By this time, we realized that something was terribly wrong and we in no way deserve to be treated like this just by a leasing "professional". Then my husband asked her if there was something that we did that put her off, for which she responded saying she didn't know what we were talking about. After all this had passed, we started walking back to the leasing office and gave her back the applications and told nothing and walked away. As potential renters with a very decent background, we in no way deserve to be treated like the way we were at 6 North- no matter how nice the apartments are. Fearing everything that we would have to go through if we were to live on this property, we took our business elsewhere and are very happy with our current place. Hope the other potential residents considering 6 North benefit from my review."

"Love the location (near I93 and RT101) and the living space is clean and modern. Great place to relax and know that you and your loved ones (furry friends welcome) are safe. Acoustics within the apartment and apt door to hallway could be improved for privacy."
