Courtyard by Marriott Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

"So I arrived at the Hotel at 11:04pm, hopefully for a easy walk in get my key and sleep, walked in told the lady the name under the reservation(res was under my boss name and I told her I had the confirmation number ) she looks at me and says no he has to be here in person, usually 3 things happen after that 1.they ask if that’s my boss and I say yes. 2.they call him to confirm it’s me. 3. They don’t say anything when I hand over my license.mind you we live like 5 states over. We then called Marriott the actual corporate office, they told us twice that my name was added and when I told the lady this she kept repeating don’t see it and then Marriott corp called the hotel to talk to her and let her know she completely ignored the phone call, don’t believe me we can look at the camera and I can you the exact moment she ignored the phone call. I then went up to her and gave her a case number that Marriott gave us, and she then continue to tell me idk what the case number is , I don’t see it, idk how to look it up, at this point we’re going onto 50 minutes of this nonsense. Mind you my boss is Ambassador elite with Marriott and I’m silver elite. Also this place is a franchise not an actual Marriot corporation place. Mind you we’ve been doing for over 3 years with him making reservations for me, and we’ve been to over 70+ Marriott locations and never I repeat never never had this issue come up even once, where I gave them the name of the reservation, the confirmation number and they say no. This was the first time we ever had to call corporate for this issue. I feel really bad for someone who might be in my position and doesn’t have the resources I had to make this happen, cause at that rate that person wouldn’t get the room and they would be stranded. Just a piss poor attempt and poor training this lady has."

"This is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Do not stay here! We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel room was decent when we walked in but we weren’t given any benefits being a platinum/titanium status member. We asked the front desk lady and she said this location offers no status perks not even a free water upon check in. Never been to a Marriott that didn’t honor anything for status members but we were told the adjacent property which is a Townplace Suites does honor program benefits. I would definitely stay there if you stay at Marriott’s often if you’re in this location. Don’t waste your time at this one. Also, they only clean every other day which is fine because we only stayed 2 nights but we had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths. Our toilet overflowed all over the floor. I called for maintenance and there was no maintenance. Someone eventually brought a plunger to our room and some clean towels. One other thing is the tv had about 5 channels which I’ve never seen at any hotel. Most hotels have a lot of channels to choose from. Lastly, the front desk lady wouldn’t even look at me when I was standing right in front of her to ask her a question. She was very rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the bartender was very nice. And he had to cook, serve, etc. he had only been there a month."

"Five nights in this hotel, writing this review on night two. Got the best sleep I've had in a long time The beds are perfect.$4 a bottle of water I guess you'll have that in a hotel... Nothing to complain about"

"Shower shows that maintenance team isn't great and housekeeping could step it up a notch or two. Big crack in the shower wall that was caulked but not well. Strong chance of microbial presence. No form of morning grab-and-go was available, not even coffee. Nice bed, mostly clean room, just not impressed in the least."

"This place needs some renovations: Everything is broken as you can see in the pictures. The Bathroom door cannot be closed and the handle is broken. The air conditioner is very noisy! *** one good thing: the water is good and doesn't smell like someone just vomit. The parking is dark and doesn't provide security around the building."
