"For the price of the rooms, they were not much to de desired. Very small for the price, only came with 2 small towels and the small tvs you could barely hear. Best part about this hotel was definitely pool. Everything else was mediocre. Especially the 250 incidental fee they hold, but obviously don't tell upfront."

"Exceptional service from the team at comfort Inn Airport. They were proactive and made sure we were all set for our travel. I have rarely seen a hotel customer service of that quality in the last couple of years. We left our car in the parking lot and I was absolutely not worried about safety. Abby arranged our airport transport both ways: flexible, quick and easy. Very friendly place, happy staff, clean room, comfortable bed, but most of all, the customer service we had from reservation date to departure date was amazing. I definitely recommend and will come back."

"The hotel was mediocre, it wasn't bad but, nothing notable about the rooms, the service or the location. My room was the very 1st room on the bottom floor a double queen that was large but, the bathroom was small. A few things bothered me about this hotel's service worth mentioning. After placing several calls to the front desk that were unanswered, I finally went to the front desk to talk to them instead and found 2 people working at the front desk, neither of which were too busy to answer the phone. Then the next morning the attendant at breakfast watched everyone very closely and made us very uncomfortable while we got our breakfast. They also didn't have any complimentary coffee in the pots or butter that wasn't frozen like mini blocks of ice, which, as you can imagine, makes your waffles cold immediately. Not the worst hotel stay but, definitely not the best."

"I’ve been to this hotel numerous times before they had switched owners, honestly it was better off before. The new owners are very disrespectful and so are the staff, check out time is 11am and they came knocking on my door at 9am. All while I had the do not disturb sign there, I’ve worked at a hotel and I know that is not ok. They came in multiple times to do unauthorized check ups, and said the staff has to come every three days at least to clean up."

"They double charged our room but we got things resolved since! Their gym and swimming pool were big and we had fun there. The rooms were pretty clean considering the price. The location was very close to the airport and the place had plenty of parking available. Some of the other people staying were very rude but at least the breakfast area was huge. They had continental breakfast options like coffee, juice, bagels, bread, yogurt, waffles, sausage, egg, fruits, milk etc. Would come back again."
