"Very bad process. took a tour for studio and applied right away but Property manger told me it will take two weeks process application. then after two weeks they said unit was rented. and I need to tour another studio and start application again which will take another two weeks to get the answer. so not worth time. They will just waste your time. Please do not spend time on WBC estate properties. you will be better of renting other properties"

"This is not a top-notch Realtor/ Apt. Management team. Though they are well vested in looking the part. Stand off ish, unprofessional, irresponsive and unorganized. Demanding, yet seem incapable of seeing the forest through the trees. Fail to organize the clients file unto completion while being obtuse having disregard for the time and welfare of the prospect. Whatever their reasons for the incompetence, they care less about correcting them. DO NOT DEPEND on this organization to value you, your time or welfare as a human."

"I need to make a change to my review for WBC estates and over the course of a few years renting from them they are in fact caring gentle men and will try to help you out as best as they can. You need to always be honest and upfront with them and they will try to do the best they can. I was definitely wrong in giving them a 1 star and for that I am sorry because from what I have seen they try the best they can. I was under the impression at first couple years back that it look to me they didnt care and didnt want to do anything and for that I gave them a 1 star. I have change my mind because I have seen them doing what they can to resolve any issue you may have with someone.
