"A stable, well-maintained community of about 35 freestanding rental homes, well positioned near a large state forest, but easily accessible from I91. Homes are well built, thoughtfully designed for older people, and fairly new. Community center, outdoor sport center. A nice balance of privacy and community. I love living here."
