"I hate writing negative reviews, but this business deserves this one from me! I emailed Pidgeon's to inquire about a gunsmithing service I intended to have done. The response I got was completely unprofessional and basically described their departure from gunsmithing altogether. I asked if they could recommend anyone else to do the work. The response I got was so smug and rude, I couldn't believe it! I would seem that if you don't buy a gun from there, they won't serve you, PERIOD. I can tell you that I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from that place! I would also suggest that anyone who wants real customer service, go elsewhere too. These people need a serious lesson in customer service!"

"I never take to writing these reviews but I have to on this one. His prices are astronomical, ex $699 for generic Gen4 Glocks such as a Glock 17 that I recently purchased new for $529.99. I gave him a shot due to my preference to support local business, and I wasn't purchasing a pistol, but I can't do it again. $45 for a 50 round box of American Eagle and $25 to mount sights on a Glock slide, said he would "give me a deal", ran full price. Returned home and measured my Glock sights with a digital caliper, they're off center by exactly 0.030" in the rear. Now I need to take my pistol elsewhere to have the sights pressed into a centered position since I do not own a sight press and they're tritium sights. Update: Pistol was shooting just over two feet to the right @10yd, as confirmed by myself and another IDPA shooter. We centered the sight with his Maryland Gun Works sight press and my calipers, pistol is spot on now. Do not bring your firearms here if you want quality work done. Do not buy firearms here unless you enjoy spending hundreds of dollars more than common retail prices."
