"I always prefer the drive thru as it seems to be quicker than inside. They usually always get my order right, and coffee not usually burnt like some stores I go to (usually only an issue if getting half caff/decaf). They also have a walk up window for pick up which is an uncommon convenience."
"I ordered a small iced machiato with a shot of caramel today. My drink was not filled all the way. I paid full price, but did not receive a full product. I took a photo of the unmixed and undisturbed iced machiato that I received. As the pic shows, I did not take any sips and the machiato was still intact when I took the pic. Not only was it under-filled, it also looked gross."
