"Very poor customer service. Ordered a stromboli with only pepperoni and bacon over the phone. Got home and it was made the standard way. Called and asked for one to be remade as it didn't have the modifications we asked and paid for. They told us because they made it the way they had it on the menu they wouldn't remake because it was "just a miscommunication" and we could call tomorrow and see if the manager will remake it for us... Simple problem that could have been easily fixed, but instead Im the one that paid for the "miscommunication""

"I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always smiling and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the food here. If you can't decide what you want, they are happy to make suggestions centered around your likes and dislikes. The pizza in my opinion is one of the best I've ever had. They have a variety of slices every day, and come out nice and hot. The 18" pie can feed a family of four no problem. The crust is amazing. It has a beautiful crispy soft texture. Easy to fold and eat on the go. They always have the perfect amount of toppings/cheese ratio. Their red sauce has a great tomato flavor, not sweet, with plenty of spices to balance it out. I will go out of my way to order from NYPO. If you've never been here give them a try."
