"This place is a great place for grooming IF YOU can actually get someone to call you back. On 2 different occasions it took upto 2 weeks with left voice messages to receive a call back. This last time...called 3 weeks ago and STILL haven't heard. May have good groomers but need to work on customer service."

"An amazing place. They took Great care with our Puppy Kama when he was all done they put a little bandana on him and took a picture of him in front of a backdrop, it was Is fantastic. The staff is very friendly And you can see how much they really care about the dogs. It's a picture of the picture."

"I had a chance to take Rizzo for her very first professional groom. She was a bit nervous but excited. Once Jasmine came to get her I knew right away she would be in great hands. The staff here is professional, responsive, and went beyond to ensure the drop-off and pick-up was contactless and smooth. I booked my appointment over Facebook, they came out to the parking lot to get Rizzo, sent their invoice digitally, and brought Rizzo out once I arrived. It was very smooth and easy to manage. The total cost was just over $100 w/tip and it was 100% worth it. 5-Stars all day long!"

"Beautiful grooms and exceptional customer service. Runs on a very tight schedule and grooms dogs in a specific time frame so always make sure you’re on time. Really liked the limited kenneling and in and out procedures so my dog isn’t at the groomer all day!"

"The owner of this grooming salon is hands down the most unprofessional groomer in town. My husband was 8 minutes late bringing our dog to an appointment, she refused to take our dog because she has a “15 minutes late policy” - I suppose she cannot accurately tell time. We are taking our three dogs to a more professional, friendly groomer in Chazy."
