It was flowers my mother ordered for my birthday when they answered this morning she could not even give me a time frame for delivery. Then she said she couldn’t understand what my Hispanic mom was saying. Support another business. Did not even say sorry. Sure service would be different if order was placed with another last name."

"I had flowers delivered to Woodstock for a friend. I ordered from the webpage and chose "designers choice" summer seasonal. There were three different price points available. I chose the mid-priced option. The arrangement was very disappointing for the price. I called to inquire what the cheaper option and higher price point included. I was told something about roses (which I do not see anywhere in the picture). Then I was told that they do not generally drive to Woodstock and made an exception as if I am supposed to know their delivery routes.The delivery fee was about $25. It would have been fine if they had called me and canceled the order because of the distance. I feel like this lackluster arrangement was sent because I am from out of state and they did not know that I would see the final product. They also told me that my grieving friend could drive over with her arrangement and exchange out flowers for different ones..."
