Reviews
"Absolutely horrific. Came in for our flu and covid vaccine and waited for more than an hour. It took them thirty minutes to sign us in and the line was piling up. It happened to other people as well."
"Everyone needs to be considerate as well as polite in their interactions with the staff at this (and every other) retail pharmacy. These individuals have a difficult, demanding, and stressful job. Staffing issues do affect us the customer, but I feel as if every time I am there the general "group think" is one of almost anger and severe annoyance towards the staff, as if it's their fault they had to wait patiently to get what they need. In my opinion, these emoloyees are over worked, and underpaid-(at least at this location.) So please, try to remember everyday common courtesy, show some restraint, and realize this is going to be the norm from now on or at least for quite awhile. I think having a little patience is a good lesson to learn here also, being in a society where literally everyone has become so accustomed with every little thing being automatically available 24/7; instant gratification, without any effort. Just, be mindful."
"Pharmacists will just ignore you for five to ten minutes at a time, and take five days to fill a prescription. I called and the automated prescription thing said my script would be ready in an hour and I'd get a call when it's ready. No call, so two days later i show up and they say "oh it just printed this morning" and have me wait. Either their automated system lied, or they just refuse to fill prescriptions until you are sitting in the physical building waiting for it."
"An ok experience but never quite as stocked as the cvs across the street. No major complaints with the pharmacy or staff."
"I've used this pharmacy for upwards of 14 years. I like it because it has a drive thru which means less exposure to sick people because I get sick easily. They also have an app which allows me to refill my prescriptions online. I can also shop online, pay for the products and pick them up the next day or have them shipped to the house. I also like their photo department, I can customize orders online and pick them up in the store within 24 to 48 hours or have them shipped wherever I'd like. I've ordered photo mugs, prints, travel mugs, calendars, photo Christmas cards, etc. This would have a 5 star rating if the pharmacy could only remember to bill both of my insurance carriers. Sometimes even when I call ahead to ask them to bill my secondary carrier prior to my arrival, sometimes this still doesn't happen. In the freezing cold winter and on hot, humid summer days this is a waste of gas, but I'm not going to freeze or have difficulty breathing because they need time to bill my secondary insurance carrier. I feel bad enough that the tech working the window might be getting some exhaust fumes to begin with when they open the drawer for payment and to allow me to get the prescriptions."
