"I attended PT several times when the pandemic hit. My mother had a life altering (stroke) event, I spent a mo in Rochester NY with siblings and Mother, she died in Mar, it threw my family due to circumstances with her dying alone, no family was allowed back into the home to be with her; she cried everyday on the phone over being alone, scared. Terrible time. I thought the PT office closed for the pandemic. I didn't attend for months, then called to see if they were open when I heard others were open, but I was informed I was no longer a patient there. I had to ask multiple questions to finally be told as I had not attended for much of the pandemic period, the receptionist dismissed me and said they had terminated my case. No phone call, no email, no text. Dropped me completely and I was not welcome back; I was refused to start up again and was not able to leave a message for Laurier F. the therapist who worked with me. I found a different group that was just as good and I picked up where I'd left off. I had been doing the exercises faithfully at home. I'd found help and they continued to help me as far as the Vertigo allowed it. Unfortunately, while better today, I will spend the rest of my life with vertigo as a continual companion; never alone.. You have to keep your sense of humor up. .. although I wish it had never begun, that would have been preferred. I'd never wish Vertigo on anyone but there is light along the tunnel so find a PT who can help, and if there is not active help, keep looking and try someone else."
"Lisa was awesome! Glad to have had her in my corner to help me reach my goals."
