"If you're a Veteran seeking a fair VA Disability heath assessment RUN IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION. Many, if not most, of the new VA Disability assessments are done outside of the VA by groups contracted by a company called QTC (and other contractors) and, it appears to me, by medical groups that really can't make money seeing regular patients so they do the VA Disability System assessments to stay in business. They know that if they write too many honest reviews (so that we actually get a proper VA Disability Rating) their QTC Contract might not be renewed. So, in essence, they make their money by denying us and staying in the VA Disability System. It's my opinion that this is how this guy pays his bills, by screwing us to stay in business and keep a roof over his head. Trust me, he doesn't care about us. I don't think anybody would actually see this guy by choice. In my opinion, he's an incompetent joke, with a hole in the wall office in a strip mall. I think his tiny, cramped office speaks highly enough about his credentials and lack of talent. Again, see him at your own rating's risk. But if you do, you'll regret it. Also, after I asked the VA for 2 of my exams to be redone by other examiners I went from zero percent to 100 percent, but that took another 10+ months of stress to get rescheduled elsewhere and to correct the bad exams. Luckily, they went back to my original intent to file dates after the fair and proper exams. Good luck with your claims. We served with honor, and we should be treated with honor."
