"Nothing like getting physical violence threatened by the manager. Food was alright, lady at the drive thru is always nice. Was picking my order up at the window and I guess the manager wanted to “meet me in the parking lot” ,and not to bring me my food, because I wanted to get my order at the window instead of coming inside. Never been threatened with violence by a store employee before, hopefully the report I put in with customer care leads to something changing at this location."

"Food was mediocre at best, chicken tenders were only breaded on 1 side and biscut was rock solid. Ordered a 3 piece meal and got a 2 piece. While waiting for my food had 2 people come in who did drive thru and got wrong orders. Watched an employee wash tables, handle money and then touch food with no hamd wash in between."

"OMG. I've got huge praise for the front end manager and her patience and grace. BUT, I ordered over the app and set the time for over half an hour later. I then waited ten minutes because it wasn't seen, everyone who came in while I was waiting had gotten the wrong order or incomplete. Mine was correct, but I was telling them what I had ordered as I stood waiting. The worst part is I don't even eat fried food so I was there for family members. Last time by the way."

"Went there to have lunch with my mother in law. I got 2 chicken wraps. The chicken tenders were so hard they crunched, my food was cold and was not good to say the least. I didn't complain since a family member took us out for lunch as it's the polite thing to do. The building is new and clean finally but the food isn't very good quality or quantity for the price."

"I just picked up my takeout order, almost everything is wrong. Half the food is missing, the fries are so salty they are inedible, the sandwiches are just dry bread with a piece of soggy chicken thrown on, the sprite is just seltzer water.. no flavoring at all and there are no sauces, napkins or utensils. Even if they are busy no place should mess up this bad after spending over $70. On my way back to try to get the order replaced. I have my doubts though with the winners that work in the store."
