"ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND I constantly get treated poorly by staff who are always in a bad mood. Manager is the same way. I get people have bad days but not it's not nice to take it out on customers who spend money on the product. I was even denied getting my full refund and at one point the girl working didn't want to give me my card back and was yelling in my face when I kept my cool the entire time all because of my barcode for points. The dunkin on Woodstock is so much better!!!! Highly disappointed in how I am treated and sadly nothing is being done to correct the issues!"
"Tammy, a staff member at this location, accused me of loitering because I was eating at the in-person establishment for 30 minutes. A part of this time was waiting for my order of a large coffee, donut, and multiple food items that one of ended up not being available. Very unwelcoming! I was not done eating because I like to enjoy my food. There was no one else I was taking the seat from (there was no one else even seated!) and I was headed to work that afternoon. It would be one thing if a ton of people came in wishing to be seated, but that was not the case. I will never return here and I will recommend to project vision to drop "donuts of rutland" as a sponsor and instead bring on last cup cafe (a place that actually does local police events). My donut was $2.19. It wasnt big nor that good! Try Jones donuts or Jupiter rising instead for bigger donuts that taste better. If this place has the same owners, I'm not surprised at the conduct. Laura , one of the owners daughters, accused me of being on my phone when working here over a decade ago when I did not even own a phone and Mary Anne gloss lied to staff that they could not collect unemployment when the store was closed for remodeling (newsflash: you can and that is a hugely unethical way to conduct "loss prevention"). I recommend instead to go to the panera bread down the road; better coffee and for cheaper (join the sip club) or the last cup cafe if it's open for your cafe needs. I will make sure everyone I know never spends a dime here ever again. Dunkin' is on the decline!"
"This is the best dunkin' Donuts in rutland, good service, quick and right on top of it"
"i ordered my coffee in advanced so i could just walk in and get my coffee. it was a good 20 minutes before i got there and when i did my order wasn’t even taken out of the machine so when i kindly said my name and everything the lady who can only make food and not drinks rudely looked at me and said well u will get it when u get it. like i’m sorry u had 20 minutes to make my coffee and then have to be rude. they were a little busy but nothing i haven’t seen at a dunkin in the morning. so since i waited another 10 min i asked kindly someone who could make my drink to please make them they were easy drinks. she rudely said we r very busy but then kindly went and finally made them. the lady who can only make food all the sudden looks at the girl and said let me know when u finish that order. she grabs the coffees from the other girl and gave me my one then proceeded to tell me. if u didn’t wanna wait inside you should have gone to the drive thru while holding my coffee back by her head so i couldn’t get it. terrible service. all i could say was i won’t be going back after that and the lady who made it clear to me that can only make food should be fired she is rude af. if u wanna work in food industry learn to speak to ur customers correctly. all in all it took me 30 mins to get my coffee that i noble ordered"
"Today I waited in line for over 17 minutes with only three cars in front of me and nobody in the store. The service gets worse and worse. The more I go there there are incapable of running any kind of shift thoroughly no matter how many people they have on no matter which shift it is. Drove out of line. Drove a mile and a half down the road to another Dunkin' donuts. Got my coffee where the trip and coffee total. Took 4 minutes for me to drive there. Get my coffee and leave. Don't go to the drive-thru here"
