"I love the Nurse Practitioners that work here, they have given nothing but exemplary care to me for 15 years, but the front office just downright refuses to answer phone calls. The amazing staff that actually oversees my health keeps me coming back but If I have another day like today where I am on hold for 15+ minutes, calling multiple times just to get someone to answer, I will have no choice but to find another provider. I already have to log in to 40+ portals every day for work, the last thing I want to do when I am in poor health and need help is be forced to use a patient portal that I did not ask for. I wish they would just be honest and come out and say it. "we are not interested in communicating via telephone" so that I could get on with it and go find a place that is."

"The practitioners at this practice are absolutely phenomenal if you can get past the unprofessional personalities in the front office. The office staff are unfortunately lacking in professionalism, politeness, and the most basic of manners. We have given them our business for seven years because of the amazing practitioners. They ask the right questions, are attentive to symptoms, and create comprehensive treatment plans. Each one of them go above and beyond for their patients so you cant go wrong no matter who you choose for your primary. When you call, there will be a front office associate who will breathe a heavy sigh of disdain that they were inconvenienced answering the phone, followed with an audible annoyance in the tone of their voice for the question you have or request for an appointment. It seems to be across the board, no matter the individual who drew the lucky number to have to pick up the phone to speak with you. If these are the people that Wright and Assc. have chosen as their first point of contact to represent their business, then they have clearly missed the mark. They need to do better."

She has changed my mind about healthcare, if I am going to be honest.
