"We would like to sincerely thank Stacy Valcourt for her outstanding assistance. We had been harassed by the president of our homeowners association for a Certificate of Liability Insurance. That certificate was submitted to them on June 20th. It showed our name as the insured for the installation of an air conditioning unit in our home. The association policy is that the homeowners must shoulder the risk for the first $25,000 of insurance so the certificate correctly showed our name (The air conditioning install cost was much less than the $25,000 requirement). The president continued to bully and harass us for months (from May - August). In total frustration, we called Davis & Towle on August 29th (they are the AC contractor's agent). We explained our dilemma to the receptionist. She was incredibly empathetic and quickly de-escalated our frustration and put us in contact with Stacy. Stacy jumped into action quickly after we explained the harassment we were dealing with and asked if it was possible to add the association name to the certificate. Stacy was kind, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and assured us she could help. She updated the certificate and even went so far as to send it the the association president herself the same day as our call to her. We are not even customers of Davis & Towle (yet!). We want to thank Davis & Towle for hiring these amazing women. We haven't heard from the association president since Stacy sent the updated certificate but he has stopped harassing us.
