"Cashier was rude when I would not give her my phone number. Tried then to say she needed my email, using deliberately misleading speech patterns to suggest I might not be able to buy anything unless I gave over personal information. Just a very curt and unkind interaction."

"i am a frequent shopper at ulta, usually getting my hair done at the salon. typically i know what i’m there for, but today i went in ready to drop a serious amount of money on recommended products. walked around the store, and saw several employees. not a single one of them greeted me or asked me if i needed anything. one employee saw me and literally turned around to avoid me. i am not one to get angry with service or retail workers, but this was just over the top. all i needed was 15 minutes with someone to just tell me what i needed and i would’ve bought it. i did not feel welcomed until i went to the salon to make an appointment, where the stylist was very kind and made sure i got what i needed."

"I love this store. It’s got a wide selection of products and in a convenient location but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Every time I come in everyone is always anttentive and helpful! Went in recently and asked a staff member about a certain item, they said if I didn’t like it I could return it no questions asked and they’d find something I love. I ended up loving the product! 10/10 will definitely shop here again."
