Her bedside manners were absolutely disgusting. She was in a hurry and seemed distracted, she brought me to the shampoo bowl without a cape. She had nothing to say. Very short responses. The haircut was okay. As a hairdresser myself, I was expecting more. Definitely going to get it fixed. If I do decide to return, I won't be making an appointment with her. I left with a wet shirt and hair all over the place. I'm disappointed that such a great place would employ someone like her."
