"Became a new patient this year, waited 3 months for my first appointment (understandable) but then was told on arrival that my appt had been moved, I received no phone call. Today during my second attempt at being seen, I was told again that my appt had been moved another 2 weeks out, again with no phone call, after receiving an appt confirmation last night."
"Loss of words. After my son being a patient there for 12+ years, home care provider called at 4 p.m because my son was sick with cold and by law she needs an Order from PCP to give him anything even over the counter medications, which office is aware of. Provider would not talk to home care provider, would not call her back, would not do Telehealth call so she could triage symptoms. All that was needed was an Order for cold medicine. Negative Home Covid Test. Health Care Provider sent him to ER, as she said son was quadriplegic and lethargic. He is not quadriplegic and he was tired from being in day program all day and had a cold. Sat in ER parking lot for 4 hours just for viral cold. Never seen till next day with Dr. At practice who gave order for NyQuil and Dayquil for viral cold. Dr. Was nice I will admit but she is too busy to take on new patients. All could have been prevented if health care provider took 10 minutes to speak with home care provider. Seems they won't take that few extra minutes for a patient if it takes them over hours they are scheduled to work."
"Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I just became a patient there, literally a few days ago. My original apt was in March because again I was a new patient, well a day or two later I got a call back, the dr was concerned with some symptoms I was having so she wanted to get lab work done right away so she squeezed me in early in the morning to try and get the the bottom of my issues to help me feel better. I really appreciated that after years of pain and pretty much being ignored bye other drs, also I couldn’t find child care for my one year old so they had another nurse hold my baby while I was getting blood drawn they seem like awesome people and I’ve had an amazing experience so far. I was hesitant at first because of the bad reviews but I’m so glad I chose to give them a chance, don’t let the bad reviews steer you away. Bye far the best drs office I’ve been to in my 26 years of life"
"This place is okay, as far as a small office goes. They don't exactly move and get things done with speed and efficiency but they are friendly and reasonably easy to work with. I have had been run around for days on end, with them being at fault, over prescription refills. Ive also been there for about three years and I'm being transferred to my third physician, which shows no stability. I'll give 3 stars for friendliness, despite their deficiencies and my wild goose chases for a refill."
"They listen to you, they’re thoughtful, and I especially love the practice manager; he is a very kind man. The doctor that I see is very patient and does a great job of making sure she’s understanding what I’m telling her. Their prices for self-pay folks are lower than Convenient MD, which is surprising because that’s not usually the case. I hope it stays that way!! I am very grateful for this practice being in my area so I don’t have to drive 45 minutes to get treatment (unless it’s the weekend and I have to go to urgent care). Overall, I am highly satisfied with this practice and I would recommend it to everyone."
