"Waited 2 months to get in to become a new patient. Had my first visit with Dr Orlan that went well. Had blood work ordered and completed. Since then no feedback on blood work. I have emailed the doctor I saw for a prescription refill with no reply. I've called their phone number to get a refill twice the last two weeks with no response. Had great success with other areas at Valley Regional but the Associates in Medicine Primary Care is by far the worst service I have received. The Dr I saw is no longer listed on their website. This is no excuse for a medical office not following up or reaching out for over 3 weeks and multiple attempts. vsautomated"
