"Fantastic experience. Sean and his crew are a delight to work with and have made the hassle of insuring cars one that I am not burdened by anymore. Thanks so much! Highly recommended."
"This guy is useless. I would not let him insure my cat. His customer service is terrible. Owes me money from a policy I cancelled now he wont pay. Be VERY careful. Id think more than twice before doing business with this guy."
"Sean was a friend of mine who I trusted with many different policies. I remember him telling me when he first started out that he needed a few more policies to make his quota for a month, so I purchased 3 whole-life policies for my kids. After several months of paying for it, I ran into tough times financially so I told him I would have to cancel them and just take a loss. He assured me over and over that if I hit my 1 year mark they would have cash value and flexibility, so I could pause them until things got better, so I stuck it out with him. Shame on me for not reading through all the fine print in the policies, but you trust in your broker to do these things for you. When the 1 yr mark hit, I called Sean to pause them and after getting the runaround between employee to employee, I was finally told that is not possible, and I would have to just cancel them and lose the money I put in. It has been one bad piece of advice to another here. Recently, I lost a very expensive engagement ring, which I insured with him as well, and as State Farm continues to try to find a way out of this claim, which seems to be their MO, I have received very little support from my broker Sean. Service seems to be forgotten about after a sale is made, and although State Farm and Sean had no problem collecting thousands of dollars from me over the years, and even after I let the issue go of either lying or just giving uneducated advice about the life policies that cost me way too much money to even think about, I still cannot get any help from him on a legitimate claim while his company continues to look for ways out of paying another claim. I would stay away from here and State Farm all together. _______________________________________________________ Sean, The point was back then that you specifically told me that these policies would have flexibility after the first year. I should have read them, but I choose to trust in you. Is there a chargeback clause for you if they cancel in the first year? I would interested i knowing that. You did help with my rental when I was hit by another truck in my truck. That rental was in my agreement to have in those situations, so that was the right thing to do. Funny enough, I had to push to get that help only after State Farm rep that was handling that was so difficult to work with on the rental. If you would just pick up your phone and /or respond to an email or call, this could've been hashed out without reviews and wasting time on here. No one should ever be lied to in order to get a sale, and we both know what was said to get me to ride out the year on those policies. If you want to pick up the phone and have a conversation then you know my number, but I have already started the formal process with the state on this and there needs to be some accountability for this. Also, time is one thing, and I have no problem waiting however long it takes for the claim to go through. However, it is not about time here, it is about being told over and over once certain things are completed it will finalize the claim, only to get those item completed and then be given more and then more again. That is just dishonest and what I have delt with trying to get this claim finalized with State Farm and Christine over there. The list just goes on pal, and I let the issue go about the life policies and just moved on, but after the nightmare of a process this claim has become, it tells me that someone else needs to say something about all this so hopefully no-one else has to experience these issues."
"Sean was amazing! We switched from USAA and he explained everything in detail and even cut our renters insurance in half! He explained what we would need as proofs for certain discounts and how to get them to him. I'm really looking forward to saving money and to top it off, I got to meet Jake. Fully recommend!!"
"Overcharged me $700 last year on my home insurance and stated “it was a system error, I’m just the middleman”. This year he stated he did not need anything to apply the good student driver discount on our car insurance (which was believable since we transferred from USAA and they did not require any documentation). Months later he’s stating the discount wasn’t applied “because we never submitted the paperwork”. I iterated that he specifically stated no documentation was needed and also asked why he wouldn’t have contacted us if we were missing a document. He again stated he was simply a middleman and “it’s not my responsibility to follow-up with you”. Can someone please tell me why we would pay for a “middleman” if they do not respond to calls or texts and do not follow up with clients? Totally worthless."
