"Maplewoods was just a delightful treasure to find! Usually we camp in membership campgrounds, but there were none in this area. Finding Maplewoods was absolutely delightful, and we will DEFINITELY be finding our way back here again. Rural, but not so rural you can't find services close by. Up on top of a hill, so you have lovely views. Sites are large, maintained, and you don't feel crammed in - room to breathe. A great little store and ice cream shop on premises, and LOVED the pool. It has a smooth bottom so it doesn't tear at your feet - though it could've been a little warmer!"

"We used Maplewoods as my girlfriends home base while travel nursing. This is the cleanest, most well maintained campground We have been to in the eastern US. I highly recommend it. The owners are amazing! The camp store has everything you could possibly need and everything g is close by! We liked it so much we are back again this year for a few weeks stay. You’ll not find a finer campground period."
