"The best customer service! Always so helpful and nice!"
"I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Every staff person I have talked with has been respectful, friendly, and efficient. They have a new computer system, which is annoying as you have to answer a bunch of questions on the screen before you can get your medication, but that's not the pharmacy's fault. And they have in stock medications that other pharmacies don't have. I have used Walgreens and CVS in the past, but I'm sticking with Hannaford."
"The Hannaford pharmacy at North Avenue is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Pharmacy. I came in on a work break to get my medication and was told that it wasn’t ready yet and to wander around for 30 minutes and it would be ready, and then when I came back I was ignored for 10 minutes and then told that my medication wouldn’t be there till tomorrow. When I told ask the woman why she had me run around the store for a half hour or she said well it’s “not a big deal“. I replied that it is a big deal as it’s my medication that I need and she told me to “simmer down” and walked away from me. People in healthcare should not be this disrespectful and rude to people that desperately need medication. I told the pharmacist what happened and she did not care that the tech was rude to me and left me without help. I’m disgusted."
"Hi Thus is the second time I am complaining about the hannaford pharmacy at North Avenue, Burlington Vermont. My son is on the autism spectrum and has a prescription for pediasure. I went to the pharmacy a week ago to refill and I was told they would contact the doctors office for the refill order. This morning, the associate asked if I had contacted the doctor and I said... I was not informed to do that... she stated the order was not put through because no one contacted the doctor. Then I told her that's sad, if they could not get through to the doctor I should have been called to check with the doctor. Then she said ..."they were too busy to call me or call anyone with individual issues".... wow What if my son's prescription was related to a deteriorating issue, is this what she would say... no care for patients at all. I understand that organizations are short staffed but despite the stress learn how to be kind to patients or better still go on a break to refresh. Well I have had enough with hannaford pharmacy and will be moving all prescriptions (both mine and my son's) as well as my groceries shopping to another organization with better service."
"Always helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately I have to go there way too much lol but I've never had any serious issues and it's always nice to see the regular workers."
