Kerry's Kwik Stop

"The guy is here is rude answered a personal call when I came to his desk and made me wait. When I called him on it he said “I’ll just refuse to serve you next time” horrible customer service ! This isn’t even a safe place to stop at never mind have to wait for his personal phone call."

"I guess it's a love or hate thing with the Kwik Stop but I love this local establishment. Homemade food, Real Vermont staff. The creemee machine depends on staffing so call ahead. This is not Panera Bread!"

"Stopped in for a quick lunch at 1:35pm . A crabby lady at the grill was beyond rude. She was rude to the gal in front of me and me as well. I went to order a grilled ham and cheese. She rudely said the grill is off and if you want something it has to be something cold so hurry up. So I said is the fryer also off ? Can I get some frys ? She just looked at me and said hurry up again. I paid $15+ for a basic turkey club w an entitled staff. Member"

"Had a cheese burger and fries and I have to say, absolutely outstanding!!! Other than snaps in bristol ? The best burger I've had since moving to Vermont 2 yrs ago The service was kind and prompt and satisfying 10 out of 10 cant wait to come back and try more"

"If I could give a no-star review, I would. The young lady that works there is vulgar. I decided to go there to get a mismade sandwich, and when I mentioned it, she was irate. I usually go there later in the evening. The register's people were amicable and professional. However, the young lady that refers to herself as the manager is terrible. Not professional and is losing the store business. I will not go back even though it is one of the closest stores by my house. She is judgemental, and I am a college student, so I am usually on the fly. I think she believes everyone who goes in it is homeless or something of that effect; if you're a man, she seems less rude. If they replace her, then perhaps the company will do much better. She should be supervised or not work with the public. Their food is overpriced, and they can't even make a sandwich. I would gladly drive to The Essex Colonial Mart before going back to Kerry's Kwik Stop. They might charge a little more, but excellent customer service and great sandwiches."
