"Worst experience ever. Booked room for 2 nights paid and showed up clerk then informs me cancelled no room at the inn even though I had already paid. They clearly did me a favor because it was run down smelly and unsafe. Incompetence is not an acceptable excuse. These inn keepers / fraudsters should be required to surrender their license to house people. Worst place ever!!!!!"
"My wife and I would have rated this place a negative 5 if that was possible. It's absolutely awful and infested with bed bugs. My friend, our family, and I had to switch hotels in the middle of the night. Don't bother spending your time or money at this terrible place. The owner, Pavan, is very rude and unhelpful to guests. Be cautious, as he and his wife often use fake names."
"Mixing housing for the homeless and commercial lodging just isn't a good business plan. Half of the rooms here are leased to the city. The first sign that you should be running away from this place is finding the lobby door locked and a "security" person telling you he'll call the manager to come check you in. Some half-hearted attempts at renovations on the commercial side are taking place, and our room was reasonably clean, but that's about all I can say on the good part. After dark, you look out your window and feel like you're witnessing a scene from the Walking Dead. We didn't have any problems, but any sense of security here is non-existant. There's much better in Rutland. I recommend you try them."
"I rarely write reviews. I gave them 4 stars not because the room was spotless, had minor stuff that had to be fixed, and no microwave, not enough towels, didn’t vacuum during my 3 day stay there. But owners were super nice, great customer service, opened the breakfast room for me and my kids even after breakfast hours, helped me with preparing the breakfast while I had to take an important phone call. Internet was free, and the king bed (Beautyrest) was the most comfortable bed ever. My 4-year old left the door of the rental car wide open, and the next morning when I noticed, I freaked out. Nothing was missing, tablets were still in car, as well as my wallet. Super safe. Great location! Again, not just cleanliness but other things matter too!"
"Clean. Well stocked coffee station and shampoos/soap. It had a mini fridge which is nice since most at this price range do not. Great heat, plenty of towels. Bed a bit saggy but comfy. Update: tried to stop here again traveling through and was told we can't reserve at two am. That's not how you run a motel. We went to days inn which quickly got us a room. Just be warned they must close and don't have night staff to reserve rooms. Plan accordingly."
