He reviewed my needs and answered all my questions about the specific ingredients and efficacy. Very helpful! This is what Customer Service should look like always."

"Got a heartworm prescription for our dogs in March. They had two 6 months supplies. The pharmacy associate I checked out with was like do you want both or just one for now. I opted for one, as I was told that I could just come back and get the other one when I needed to. Fast forward to today and after I waited in line for 45 minutes the rude associate I had was like nope prescription expired in March and you'll need a new one. I tried to explain what I was told and she didn't even listen. My vet called in a years supply and I only got 6 months. So thanks for wasting my time. You can take any savings I would have gained and shove them."
