"Excuse me but my dog never bit anyone... you left him in a kennel all day when he was supposed to be playing and he chewed his harness off because of boredom and you never fed him, as I see from other posts, this is a habit at your facility. I know a friend who brought there dog there for boarding and specifically put a note to not feed using a rubber bowl and you did and he swallowed the plastic and never made it out alive from surgery... this is what made me read your reviews to see if anything has changed (unfortunately, it apparently hasn't) to notice that my comment had been deleted. If you only took the time to improve on these complaints instead of being nasty with your replies, trying to defend yourself saying it's the fault of others, but never your facility."

"First impression, very rough around the edges and quite rude. As the weeks went by not so bad. Then months and all they did was complain about my dog when I'd drop off or pick up. The reasons were he ate poop and liked to play too much, too much energy. Wow, thought that was the reason I was paying you. To help him and play? I never expected them to to handle the poop thing. But too much energy? Any bad news...they couldn't come up with anything to my face at least. Last time I picked him up the lead Lenka advised "he likes to play with other dogs but he is probably going to have to get bit in the face a few times before he learns anything." Unbelievable. DO NOT waste your time, your pet's life or your money at this place."

"My sister had sent her two dogs in July and both contracted kennel cough. We had reservations for the end of august and were concerned. We called and asked if it was still an issue. They denied it was ever going around the kennel. We sent our two dogs and both now have kennel cough. Unsure how this is even possible as it requires “close contact” to an infected animal and when you send your pet there, they are in a cage the entire duration with the exception of maybe 20 minutes spent outdoors. You get what you pay for."

"Not worth one star. Boarded our cat from Monday morning 9am until 4:00 Friday afternoon. We sent 3 cans of food for each day, plus 2 or 3 cans extra for a total of 14 or 15 cans. We left instructions that she had special dietary needs and needed to be fed 3 times a day with the canned food we sent. When we picked her up on Friday afternoon they returned her with 12 cans which means they fed her at most 3 cans for the week. Their first story was that she wasn't eating her food. If that was the case, why didn't they call to let us know? Then the story changed to they had the same kind of cat food and gave her some of theirs. Because the story changed, I don't believe them. Further, she's been boarded at another place and had no anxiety about eating, she ate all the food we sent. Our cat is noticeably thinner and was ravenous when we got her home. Answering the owner's reply over a month after I left the review... That is the third time the story has changed as to why our cat wasn't fed."
