"Birth Journeys is great for new parents. I did the 3-day online hospital version and there is a lot of helpful information about what to expect during labor and delivery and how to manage it. And also what to expect your experience to be like at the hospital. It’s like a peek into the unknown, and some of the things you might be too embarrassed to ask or talk about are covered. Like what might happen with your body, as well as different birthing options. Which I think is great. I think there is also good information for the spouses to think about and whether they choose to use that information or not. It gives a better idea of what the whole birth journey is all about, and I’m glad I took the class. I would definitely recommend this to all new parents."
