"Nice small park with plenty of benches to sit on. Great views of the Lake, Burlington Fishing Pier, Burlington Breakwater North Lighthouse and the Moran Plant. I also enjoy watching the sail boats from Lake Champlain Community Sailing Center during the Summer months. Plenty of handicap and I believe couple of 15 minute parking spots."
