"Great beach - there are nice steps down and a narrow strip of sand, plus a wide grassy lawn. Beautiful views of the lake, the mountains, and downtown Burlington."
"Right on the Burlington bike path and part of Oakledge Park. Pay parking at the kiosk from May to October (Sunrise to Sunset). Bathrooms, picnic tables and kayak and board rental by Paddlesurf Champlain (seasonal). Plenty of benches to sit and rest on along the bike path. Great spot to relax, feel the wind and listen to the water. I wish they would add speed bumps specifically on the main entrance. Its hard to back up from the handicapped spots when people are speeding going in to the parking area."
