"I bought a brand new Brunswick pool table from Pool world and had them install it in my home. After 10 months most of the wooden shims feel out. I called and after a lot of push back they came back and reinstalled it. (Stating this was normal) Now my shims are not loose but the felt is loose on most of the bumper rails. This is a novice mistake and I would not recommend them for installation. This is a big investment, so have it done right. PS, the felt doesn’t tighten itself and if put together right your pool table should not fall apart. Period"
