"Incredibly rude owner, who can't handle facts. If a customer tells you one of your products is $10 higher than everyone else, there's no need yell at them and to bring out your books and tell them about what you pay in taxes. Besides the fact that you lost a customer, you made yourself all worked up, and made your other staff very uncomfortable. You don't need to change your prices. Even though they are in fact $10 higher than everyone else. But you do need to change the way you treat people."

"I purchased a hyde ID from this shop. The flavor was watermelon ice cream, I expected it to be quite good. But it tasted horribly, it tasted almost like nicotine flavor alone. I went in to exchange it with another better tasting flavor, and the man refused, saying that their policy only applies for when the vape is not working, but flavor is not something that they accept exchanges for. I don’t understand where the customer satisfaction is here, I couldn’t even get my money back."
