"Asked these people to empty our septic tank. They came in, broke the cement cover, and left us an open septic tank. I was in the house...they did not even both to call, claimed it was "already broken"...same excuse my 5-yrs old uses. As for replacement cover, they literally said "that's your problem". Provided bad service and acted like total jerks. I'll NEVER use these people again. AVOID."
