"I ordered the premium service. The guy came in with a spray bottle. First thing he did was spray something all over the carpet, then he used the carpet cleaner and went over the entire carpet. And he was done. I said there was a long list of things you were to do with the premium service. He asked, what is on that list? I said what about the dry vac? You didn't dry vac, you sprayed the rug right away. He said, that WAS the dry vac. I said, you were to do a microscopic inspection. You never even bent over. He said, yes, I did that first. I said, Agitate the carpet? All you did was vacuum it with a carpet cleaner. He said that was the agitation. Grooming? That's what I did. Deodorizer? Ok, I can go get the deodorizer. The rug looked ok, but I felt like all I got was the absolute basic service."

"I found a deal for Mark with A Very Good Cleaning Company through Amazon Local. I found even with our deal the price to be very fair for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. Mark was responsive to my phone calls to schedule my appointment. I hadn't recieved a confirmation email like he mentioned so I called the day before and I was on his calendar. We left the door open for him to come during the day. He was fast, professional and did a great job. We have two dogs who he was friendly with and our carpets came out beautifully. They look brand new. I didn't expect him to get rid of the dog stains, but he did. I would recommend Mark and his company to anyone for a responsible, professional locally owned cleaner. Thank you!"
