"Demers came to my house to do a chimney sweep and said the entire liner needed to be replaced and charged me thousands of dollars for a deposit for the work. They never did the work and refused to refund the deposit. I am now headed to small claims court to have the deposit refunded. On top of that, I had another chimney sweep come out who said the liners didn't need to be replaced and I just needed a basic sweep. I would not do business with this company."
